The rooms here are quiet and compact, with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television, featuring a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

View from the window, arrangement near to a beach.
Small numbers, repair on a floor, very-very bad sound insulation (it is audible all conversations from the next numbers), old towels and bed-clothes, very poor breakfast. The biggest disappointment in hotel-Russian the manager in a dining room which behaved shockingly!

The food here was really delicious, and there were a lot of different options to choose from. 🍽️ As for the location, it was super convenient - just a short walk away from the square, the beach, and the town center plaza.

I think it is excellent value for money considering the number one location. Room comfortable, spacious and clean.
I found some nights the guests were noisy in the common area outside my room

This hotel has it all - value for money, attention to detail, and a fantastic location right on the beach at the Netanya promenade. The rooms with a view offer breathtaking sights of the ocean, with options of a double bed, two single beds, or a balcony to choose from. The staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast caters to all tastes.
Everything was just perfect.

First of all, the location. Then the personnel, breakfast, nice room. Everything together made an enjoyable stay. My choice is Residence or Residence Beach in Netanya. It was not my first holiday at Residence.

Good selection of food in the buffet meals and Shabbat was covered well, including a 'mini-synagogue'. Notification times for candles were posted on the reception board and the staff were able to communicate well when asked things. Good variety of TV stations catering for English and Russian mostly but with a couple of others. I was also reading the Hebrew subtitles trying to learn :D The hotel is right next to the beach for a bit of a paddle and a rocky outcrop for fishing. Nice hot bath water and reasonably sized tub considering the area.
Not really something I didn't like, just an observance: I believe the hotel was designed to cater to large groups or families because my room had a strange lockable door that I believe matched a similar one in the room next to me, allowing larger groups opening both sides to move between each other. I had seen such set-ups on a couple of old movies but had never come across it in person. It does mean that one can hear their neighbour moving around a bit (as doors aren't as soundproofed as walls). If that bothers you or you think you may bother others with your own noise, take note! If you happen to be the large group or family that they were designed for, try to book adjoining rooms so you don't need to go down the corridors for a chat :)

The Residence Beach Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location right on the beach was unbeatable. It was so convenient to walk out of the hotel and straight onto the sandy shores of Netanya. The stunning view of the beach and sea from our room's balcony was an added bonus. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They always had a smile on their faces and were more than willing to assist with any request. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed was cozy, and there was even a small kitchenette for convenience.
No complaints - everything was just perfect!
